The idealDental Receptionistfor our team enjoys working collaboratively with others and behind the scenes to organize, implement systems and structure and ensure the practice runs efficiently.

SCHEDULE:

35hours per week

Monday to Thursday 7:30 AM-5:00 PM

Every other Friday 7:30 AM-1:00 PM

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

1-2year of experience is required as a Dental Administrator/Administrative Assistant

Completion of a Dental Administration Program/Certificate

Experience with dental practice management software such asTrackeris considered an asset

Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with patients and families
