As a full-time Therapeutic Specialized and Indigenous Court Coordinator in Alberta, you will support the TSIC Manager and Executive Legal Counsel by managing administrative functions. Your focus will be on ensuring quality assurance, scheduling meetings, and maintaining relationships with First Nations, Métis, and Inuit stakeholders. This position requires a robust understanding of the Truth and Reconciliation Commission's calls to action.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide administrative support to the TSIC program leadership
• Coordinate meetings, prepare materials, and record minutes
• Plan and support special projects and stakeholder engagements
• Build relationships with Indigenous community organizations
• Manage records and ensure accurate, organized information
Requirements:
• High School diploma with two years of administrative experience
• Class 5 Driver's licence
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to handle confidential information discreetly
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and virtual collaboration tools
