You will lead age-appropriate activities while offering individualized support and conflict resolution guidance. This role is vital for nurturing children's unique strengths and ensuring a positive experience during their daily activities.

Key Responsibilities:
• Design and deliver engaging indoor and outdoor activities
• Provide direct supervision and mentorship to staff and volunteers




• Build positive relationships with children and families
• Maintain compliance with program safety and legal requirements
• Support individualized care plans for children’s needs

Requirements:
• Minimum 19 years of age
• Experience working with children aged 5-12
• Strong planning and communication skills
• Willing to learn YMCA standards and health requirements
• Must have Emergency First Aid & CPR certification
