Job Summary We are recruiting for a Senior Financial Analyst for a direct hire opportunity in Barrie, ON. This role is ideal for a CPA-designated finance professional who enjoys turning financial data into meaningful insights that support senior leadership, operational planning, budgeting, forecasting, and long-term strategic decision-making. The Senior Financial Analyst will work closely with finance leadership and cross-functional teams in a mission-driven workplace where collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement are valued. This is a strong opportunity for someone who wants to contribute at a strategic level while also remaining hands-on with reporting, analysis, reconciliations, audit support, and financial modelling. Key Responsibilities - Prepare and support internal and external monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting for key stakeholders, funders, and program leaders.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling,



scenario planning, and forward-looking analysis to support operational and strategic decisions.
- Oversee day-to-day accounting transactions, cash flow management, reconciliations, complex journal entries, and financial reporting activities.
- Support year-end audit activities, external funding reports, year-end reporting, and T3010 preparation and filing.
- Develop and improve financial reports, KPIs, internal controls, and finance processes to strengthen decision-making and operational effectiveness.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to identify trends, address financial issues, respond to inquiries, and support ad hoc financial projects.
Compensation and Benefits - Salary range: $68,000 to $80,000 per year.
