As a Health Care Aide at West Coast Seniors Housing Management, you will report to the Director of Care. In this vital role, you will foster a respectful setting and deliver personalized care for our residents, supporting their daily needs. Your responsibilities will include helping with personal care, monitoring changes in residents’ health, and ensuring their safety while using mechanical aids.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide personal care and assistance to residents
• Respond to call bells and alarms promptly
• Monitor and report residents' progress and symptoms




• Utilize safety protocols when using mechanical aides
• Encourage resident involvement in food service and cleaning

Requirements:
• Graduate from a recognized Care Aide Program
• Active registration with BC Care Aide Registry
• Previous experience in long-term care preferred
• FoodSafe Level 1 Certificate is an asset
• Pass vulnerable sector Criminal Record Check
