In this full-time role reporting to the Director of Customer Operations, you'll play a vital part in Jetson's mission to electrify homes. You will conduct virtual walkthroughs for customers, validating important sizing and electrical calculations, and creating installation plans for streamlined execution. Work across North America towards a vision of affordable clean energy.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct virtual home walkthroughs using online meeting tools
• Review heating and cooling load calculations accurately




• Perform detailed electrical load calculations to code
• Develop comprehensive installation plans for each project
• Manage permit submissions and liaise with customers

Requirements:
• 3+ years in HVAC design or related field
• Solid HVAC and electrical system fundamentals
• Excellent English communication skills
• Detail-oriented with a results-driven mindset
• Experience using a CRM platform
