This permanent full-time position is based at Toronto Western Hospital within the Center for Mental Health. You will direct daily operations, oversee treatment planning, and mentor interdisciplinary team members. Your leadership will be crucial in navigating complex clinical decisions while adhering to ACT standards. Your expertise can significantly impact clients living with severe mental illness.
Key Responsibilities:
• Direct day-to-day operations of the IMPACT Team
• Lead daily treatment planning meetings and reviews
• Coordinate client assessments and treatment activities
• Conduct triage for new referrals to the program
• Provide mentorship and support to team members
Requirements:
• Master’s Degree in health sciences required
• Minimum 3 years in a mental health setting
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience
• Robust knowledge of ACT model and psychosocial principles
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle necessary
