This role encompasses full-time and part time opportunities for a Dietitian dedicated to high-quality care. You will work with clients facing complex health issues, addictions, and mobility challenges, implementing individualized service plans. Your expertise in nutrition will ensure optimal dietary health in accordance with care plans and health guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct thorough nutritional assessments of clients
• Monitor and maintain nutritional requirements for high-risk clients
• Educate staff and clients on nutrition fundamentals




• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in case conferences
• Advocate for client needs and establish community connections

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Food and Nutrition or related field
• Completion of a dietitian internship
• 3 years of experience in community or geriatric dietetics
• Registration with the College of Dietitians of Canada
• Familiarity with electronic medical records
