FGF Brands is seeking an HR Site Coordinator to support the production team in a rapid-paced manufacturing environment in Vaughan, Ontario. You will implement HR policies, assist with recruitment, health and safety, time and attendance, and teammate relations on the plant floor.
You will collaborate with Site Leaders and the L&D; team to drive talent development programs, coordinate payroll approvals, and support performance reviews. Prior HR experience in manufacturing is preferred.
