Position: Account Executiv

Work Hours (Client): Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm PST

Pay Range: Up to $5,500 / month (varies based on skill set and experience level)

Our client is a results-driven digital agency specializing in SEO, GEO/AI Search, paid media management, and website development, helping brands scale with precision and agility.

Role Overview:

We’re looking for a sharp, detail-oriented Account Executive who’s eager to learn the ropes of digital marketing and client service.

You’ll get exposure to more than just Account work. You might help prepare slides for client calls, assist with project management, create follow-ups, QA content for SEO, assist on a design project, or support the CEO with a one-off project. Our AEs work cross-functionally with nearly every team, providing them with a well-rounded foundation in digital marketing and insight into how a high-performing agency operates.

Duties and Responsibilities:





In Your First 30 Days:

Meet your team and onboard with our tools, systems, and processes

Learn basic project management across paid media, SEO, and development

Learn how we communicate with our internal teams and clients, including deck building

Shadow client calls and take notes for your Account Executive

By Day 60

Own one or more recurring internal projects (e.g. content calendar updates, assigning content, updating the Paid Media roster, etc.)

Preparing client decks ahead of syncs with minimal oversight

Confidently tracking action items, due dates, and next steps in Asana

By Day 90

Manage timelines for deliverables across 2–4 client accounts

Communicate directly with clients via email, in Slack, and on calls

Demonstrate a robust understanding of our campaign planning and content calendar process
