Reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor, the Industrial Millwright is responsible for the continuous operation of machinery and mechanical equipment. With at least 3-5 years of experience, you will perform preventive maintenance and repairs on various production machinery to uphold quality standards. This key role demands strong problem-solving and technical skills in a manufacturing setting.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct preventive maintenance on pumps, motors, and conveyor systems
• Identify and troubleshoot issues in mechanical devices




• Repair parts using hand tools and equipment
• Document maintenance and repairs performed
• Maintain safe work practices and a clean workplace

Requirements:
• Valid Ontario Industrial Mechanic License 433A
• 3-5 years experience in manufacturing
• Ability to read mechanical drawings
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Comfortable lifting up to 50 pounds regularly
