The Project Manager is responsible for the planning, scheduling, and execution of projects while liaising with internal departments. In regular update meetings with the management, the project manager will update on relevant information, ensuring that the goals and timelines are met.ResponsibilitiesCustomer RelationsActs as the primary point of contact for customers once the project is handed off from SalesBuild trust and manage expectationsCommunicates confirmed schedules, changes, and risks clearly and earlyEnsures customer expectations align with operational realityPrinciple: no surprises for the customerProject Planning & ScheduleOwns the project schedule and critical milestonesCoordinates with Drafting, Production, and Field OpsCommunicates delays as soon as they are known: proactive not reactiveProvides specific dates, not vague rangesDeliver clarity in communication, not optimismBudget & Cost ControlOwns day-to-day cost management within the approved budgetTracks hours, materials,
