CarePartners in Niagara region seeks a Personal Support Manager to coordinate and supervise Community Health Services delivery. The role requires RN or RPN, 3–5 years of leadership experience, CNO registration, and valid CPR. You will oversee Community Support Workers, develop Care Plans, and ensure health and safety standards while promoting skilled growth.
In-office presence in St. Catharines with community site work across Niagara, Monday–Friday, plus on-call evenings/weekends.
