Key Responsibilities:
• Enter and update land records in the Pandell system
• Audit land files to ensure true accuracy and completeness
• Acquire permanent land rights for operational needs




• Process third-party road use requests meticulously
• Provide support to Land Service Providers and guide them

Requirements:
• At least 7 years in land administration, including road use
• Degree or diploma in Land Administration or related field
• Familiarity with land registry procedures and regulations
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including SharePoint
• Knowledge of AER and CER legislation
