COBS Bread is seeking a Regional Operations Specialist to join our Prairies team in Edmonton, AB. The role provides in-bakery operational support, training, guidance and oversight to improve bakery sales, profitability and standards.
The position requires travel, baking experience, and 1–2 years in operations with franchised retail. You will work closely with the Regional Operations Manager to assess franchisees, train staff, coordinate marketing, and ensure OH&S; compliance across bakeries.
