WCG is seeking a Rehabilitation Service Specialist to work with veterans and families across Canada. You will assess rehabilitation needs, develop tailored plans with VAC, and coordinate with medical, psycho-social and vocational teams, including RSPs and VAC Case Managers.
The role emphasizes outcome-oriented services, regional travel as required, and collaboration with community resources to help participants re-establish well-being.
