and vision benefitsEmployee events and activitiesFree parkingCasual and professional work environmentTraining and professional development opportunitiesOpportunity for long‐term growthWork with specialized electrical and electromechanical equipmentExposure to advanced manufacturing and automated welding technologyRESPONSIBILITIES:Build electrical and electromechanical assembliesAssemble chassis modules and specialized equipmentComplete electrical wiring, panel wiring, and cable harnessingInstall electrical and mechanical componentsPerform soldering and electrical connectionsRead and follow electrical schematics, work instructions, and technical documentationPerform testing and verification of completed assembliesConduct visual inspections and identify workmanship or quality issuesTroubleshoot electrical and assembly‐related problemsFollow established quality and safety proceduresComplete required documentationCommunicate issues with production and engineering teamsAssist with training and knowledge sharing when requiredREQUIREMENTS:Electrical/Electronics/Control Engineering Technician DiplomaHands‐on experience with electrical or electromechanical assemblyExperience with wiring and solderingAbility to read and understand electrical schematicsExperience using hand tools and common power toolsStrong attention to detail and commitment to qualityAbility to troubleshoot and identify defectsExperience with electrical testing and verificationStrong communication and problem‐solving skillsAbility to work independently with minimal supervisionComfortable working in a manufacturing environmentAbility to follow written and verbal instructionsStrong interest in learning and developing within a technical environment#INDSTRIVEON
