About the RoleOpenCove.Ca is seeking compassionate Support Workers to provide hands‐on assistance to clients in their daily activities, promoting independence and well‐being.ResponsibilitiesAssist clients with daily living tasks, such as personal care, meals, and mobility.Support clients in participating in recreational, educational, and social activities.Monitor client safety, health, and overall well‐being.Document care and report changes in client condition to supervisors.Collaborate with families, caregivers, and professionals to deliver high-quality support.RequirementsCertificate or diploma in Health Care, Community Support, or related field.Experience in direct client care or support work preferred.Strong empathy, patience, and communication skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Flexibility to work wide-ranging shifts including evenings and weekends.
