Compass Group Canada is seeking an Assistant Manager to oversee residential dining operations in collaboration with the Manager and team. You will help manage service excellence, schedules, and staff development to ensure smooth daily operations.Responsibilities include supervising staff, coordinating catering orders and invoicing, maintaining inventory and Be a Star program, and upholding quality assurance and safety standards across the unit. Canadian work experience is not required.
