Ebury Toronto is seeking a Commercial Legal Counsel to support the business in Canada, the United States and beyond. This hybrid role reports to the Chief Legal Officer in London and offers exposure to a quick-growing fintech with global reach. You will draft and negotiate commercial contracts, advise on regulatory matters, and help shape strategy as the company expands in NA. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience, a law degree from Canada or the US, and a proactive, independent mindset.
