As a Non-Gaming Surveillance Operator, you will report directly to the Surveillance Manager and keep a watchful eye on activities that may pose risks to guests or property. Your responsibilities will include responding to employee complaints, creating incident reports, and dispatching Emergency Services as needed, all while maintaining exceptional customer service standards.

Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor surveillance cameras in non-gaming areas
• Serve as communication hub for Resort Security
• Respond to complaints regarding difficult patrons
• Create detailed incident reports
• Maintain logs in the Property Central Reporting System

Requirements:
• Proficient in English reading and writing
• Solid manual dexterity for surveillance equipment
• Capacity to sit for extended periods
• Effective radio communication skills
• Knowledge of MS Office Suite
