This full time position focuses on the CayOps program and supports Install Base customers. You will guide clients through processes and ensure effective use of our solutions while fostering a culture of AI innovation.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage technology solutions proactively for clients
• Lead client training and support through processes
• Conduct business analysis and process reviews
• Oversee user acceptance testing and change management
• Document user processes and conduct handovers

Requirements:
• Knowledge of utility life cycle processes
• Strong communication skills across all levels
• Experience with both business and IT groups
• Ability to travel up to 25% within North America
• Background in software implementation is preferred
