Cortica is seeking a passionate Massachusetts Licensed Therapist to provide remote counseling focused on neurodevelopmental disorders. This role involves virtual sessions for children and their families, emphasizing a neurodiversity-affirming approach.
As a therapist at Cortica, you’ll engage deeply with children and their caregivers by offering support in navigating diagnoses and fostering emotional resilience. The position is designed for skilled professionals committed to bettering family dynamics and building effective home supports. The role entails a mix of clinical and administrative functions, working with a dedicated team to ensure effective care delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide virtual counseling for children and families
• Collaborate with experts in various health fields
• Maintain a consistent caseload and streamline workflows
• Attend team meetings and participate in internal training
• Support clients in building self-advocacy skills
Requirements:
• Current LMHC, LICSW, or LMFT in Massachusetts
• Clinical experience with children and families
• Solid interest in neurodiversity-affirming practices
• Bilingual in English and Portuguese preferred
• Availability for 10-25 hours during peak hours
