Key Responsibilities:
• Update ASE efficiently with customer interaction details
• Guide customers through the entire repair process
• Comply with insurance client requirements and metrics
• Communicate all customer needs to the team
• Create estimates in Audatex and Mitchell systems

Requirements:
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 1 year experience in estimating
• Basic computer skills and knowledge of scheduling tools
• Understanding of insurance programs and procedures
• Ability to multi-task and work under pressure
