As a key player in the implementation phase, you will act as the primary contact for current clients at Vensure. This role requires expertise in HR/Payroll Outsourcing, project management skills, and the ability to navigate HRIS/CRM systems. Your focus will be on ensuring clients transition effectively to our services through well-defined project plans and ongoing support.

Key Responsibilities:
• Set up client shell and dashboards in Prism (HRIS)
• Manage multiple client implementations and first payroll runs
• Liaise between internal stakeholders for seamless execution




• Create and execute detailed implementation project plans
• Audit client payroll and HR data for accuracy

Requirements:
• 3 years of relevant experience in HR/Payroll Outsourcing
• Understanding of payroll, HR, and benefit needs
• Proficient in HRIS/CRM systems and Office Products
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
