Advance your career as a Network Technician with XTL Transport. This role focuses on network support, performance monitoring, and providing end-user assistance in a team-oriented environment.

We are seeking an experienced Network Technician to join our team, working Monday to Friday with a 40-hour schedule. You'll maintain and troubleshoot LAN/WAN, router configurations, and wireless networks. Your responsibilities include supporting both network infrastructure and end-user needs effectively across all XTL locations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor network performance and availability daily
• Assist with WAN connectivity and manage perimeter security tasks
• Resolve level 1 IT support tickets via Freshservice




• Maintain and test Veeam backups regularly
• Manage user accounts and provide timely resolutions

Requirements:
• 3–5 years of IT experience in network infrastructure
• Post-secondary education or equivalent experience
• Knowledge of LAN/WAN, VLANs, and switch configuration
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and Azure AD
• Experience with desktop support on Windows and MacOS
