JOB TITLE: Project Site Coordinator; Reports to: Senior Manager, Integrated Project DeliveryDIRECT REPORTS: n/aTRAVEL: On-site 5 days per week. The site is in St Catharines, ON. Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle required.Key AccountabilitiesThe Project Site Coordinator is a site-based role that supports the delivery of medium- to large-scale institutional decarbonization and energy retrofit projects ($5M–$35M). Reporting into the project delivery team, this role assists with day-to-day construction coordination, documentation, site activities, and communication to help ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget.The Project Site Coordinator works closely with and is supported by experienced Construction Managers, Project Managers, and Engineering Technical Specialists. This role is well suited for candidates looking to grow their career in construction, energy, or infrastructure projects, with hands‐on exposure to healthcare and institutional retrofit work.The Project Site Coordinator acts as a key on‐site representative for Blackstone, helping ensure project management best practices, documentation standards, and health & safety requirements are followed while supporting positive client and contractor relationships.Scope Of Work / ResponsibilitiesSupport on-site construction management activities for major industrial, healthcare, and higher education retrofit projectsAssist with coordination of on-site operations, subcontractors, consultants, and client representatives under the direction of the Project Manager and Construction ManagerProvide administrative and coordination support during procurement activities, including tendering, document control, and contract administrationAssist with tracking project progress, schedules, and budgets, and help identify potential issues for escalation to the project teamSupport safety, quality, and schedule compliance throughout the construction phaseHelp coordinate scope changes, technical challenges,



and cost impacts with guidance from senior project staffWork collaboratively with internal teams from design through to construction completionSupport verification that on-site work aligns with project drawings, specifications, and applicable regulationsAssist with maintaining positive working relationships with clients, subcontractors, and internal stakeholdersSupport client satisfaction initiatives, including survey distribution, tracking, and follow-up documentationAttend internal and external meetings, assist with meeting minutes, reporting, and presentation materialsHelp coordinate and attend occasional after-hours or weekend construction activities (e.G., shutdowns, crane lifts, planned outages)Support compliance with Blackstone, client, and legislative Health & Safety policies on assigned projectsAssist with maintaining accurate, up-to-date project documentation in line with Blackstone standardsSupport project delivery in accordance with Blackstone's internal processes and PMO requirementsAssist with proposal reviews, quote preparation, and general project documentationParticipate in continuous improvement of internal processes, tools, and documentationPerform other duties as assigned by managementSupport interdepartmental and intercompany initiatives as requiredCoordinate and attend occasional after-hours and weekend construction activities such as planned power outages, crane lifts, etc.Education & Experience (preferred / Assets)Diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Building Systems, Controls, Construction Management, or a related technical field,
