Emphasis is on assessing commercial submissions, building broker connections, and driving portfolio growth.

Key Responsibilities:
• Evaluate and assess a steady flow of commercial submissions
• Build productive relationships with brokers to increase submission flow
• Make informed underwriting decisions based on risk assessment




• Collaborate with the underwriting team while working independently
• Drive new business development and growth in the portfolio

Requirements:
• Intermediate to senior-level commercial lines underwriting experience
• Proven ability to manage high volumes of submissions
• Strong new business underwriting skills and negotiation abilities
• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
• Located in Canada, supporting Eastern business hours
