In this managerial position at the Ontario Native Women’s Association, you will ensure the effective implementation of community knowledge policies, collaborating with various teams. Key Responsibilities:
• Lead policy team to analyze and develop impactful policies

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field plus 5 years' experience
• Proven supervisory experience with policy analysis skills
• Excellent written and interpersonal communication abilities
• In-depth knowledge of Indigenous issues and governance
• Solid problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
