Allstate Canada Group is seeking a Claim Advisor, Auto to join our team in Canada. You will review policies, investigate auto claims, determine coverage and liability, and settle claims in line with company policies.
Ideal candidates have 3-5 years of customer service experience, high school or equivalent education, knowledge of policies, and robust computer skills. CIP enrollment and multilingual abilities are a plus. Mon-Fri 8:30am–4:30pm; hours may vary by department needs.
