CMI is seeking a skilled Loader Operator for a permanent, full-time position with continental shifts. You will receive training on various equipment while working to prepare metals for shipment. We prioritize safety and value every team member's efforts in our inclusive environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Safely operate heavy equipment for material processing
• Load materials into baler and manage baler controls
• Prepare and load shipments for trucks and rail cars
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the yard

Requirements:
• Heavy Equipment Operator Certification is an asset
• Experience with front end loaders preferred
• Familiarity with balers is a plus
• Robust English communication skills are essential
