Key Responsibilities:
• Answer inquiries and greet patients with exceptional service
• Coordinate patient intake and treatment information accurately
• Assist patients in completing necessary paperwork




• Schedule appointments and maintain patient medical records
• Process payments and manage billing for insurance claims

Requirements:
• High School Diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent needed
• Previous experience in physiotherapy or healthcare preferred
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Computer proficiency and data entry experience
