As a Recruiter, you will engage candidates through resume reviews, prescreens, and interviews, ensuring a seamless recruiting process. Key Responsibilities:
• Review resumes and applications thoroughly
• Source candidates via LinkedIn and professional platforms
• Conduct phone and video prescreen interviews
• Present vetted candidates to hiring managers
• Negotiate offer recommendations and manage onboarding

Requirements:
• Full-cycle recruiting experience required
• Solid communication and typing skills
