and is a team player.Talent management awareness particularly as it relates to the recruitment life cycle and employee retention.Knowledge of French would be an asset as many of the employer contacts are French-speaking.Attention to detail is important for all aspects of the position.Education And ExperienceCompletion of a four-year university degree.A minimum of 4 years of relevant experience is required. Must include recruiting and marketing experience, as well as experience with public speaking.
