Café Kitsuné is looking for enthusiastic and experienced baristas to join our team. We love flexibility in experience, someone who is knowledgeable about coffee and can make a beautiful cappuccino, but who also can handle a busy floor and speak to natural wine.

Baristas take on responsibilities including but not limited to:

- Provide excellent customer service to all guests.
- Dial in espresso and other brew methods to meet and maintain quality standards.

- Maintain work area and equipment to a high degree of cleanliness.
- Support in daily food preparation, inventory counts and cleaning duties when needed.
- Exhibit a familiarity with daily menus, participate in service/culinary & wine/coffee education sessions to remain current/knowledgeable about our products.
- Food Safety One certification is preferred.

Server experience is a plus

Requirements:

- Valid work visa in Canada required.
- Barista experience of more than 6 months.
- The desire to teach, learn and grow and be part of a cohesive and team-oriented team.
- The ability to work well under pressure.
- Receptive to constructive criticism and performance feedback.
- Must be able to lift and or move up to 10 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
- Able to work in a standing/walking position for long periods of time.
