This role requires accurately reading and interpreting technical drawings, verifying parts meet dimensional tolerances and quality standards, performing routine inspections, and consistently adhering to workplace safety policies and procedures.Afternoon Shift : 3:00PM-11:30PM - Monday to FridayKey ResponsibilitiesSet up, operate, and adjust PRIMA sheet‐metal fabrication equipment, including shearing, notching, and bending machinesManufacture precision sheet‐metal components for heating and cooling systems in accordance with production schedulesRead and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and work instructions to ensure dimensional accuracy and tolerancesPerform inspections to verify parts meet quality and print specificationsMonitor machine performance, make minor adjustments,



and report equipment issues or malfunctionsAccurately measure parts using gauges, calipers, and other inspection toolsMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work setting in compliance with company and regulatory safety standardsFollow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and quality control requirementsIdentify defects or non‐conforming materials and communicate concerns to supervisors or quality personnelSupport continuous improvement initiatives related to safety, quality, and productivityRequired Education & QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent requiredPost‐secondary education or technical training in manufacturing, metal fabrication, or machining is an assetPrevious experience operating PRIMA or similar sheet‐metal fabrication equipment (shearing, notching, bending) preferredAbility to read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical specificationsStrong understanding of dimensional tolerances and quality standardsProficient in the use of measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and gaugesKnowledge of workplace safety procedures and safe machine operationAbility to perform routine inspections and identify defects or non‐conforming partsBasic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skillsAbility to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet production deadlinesModine is an equal opportunity employer.
