Join the Performance Ford Team Performance Ford is looking for a friendly, organized, and motivated BDC / Service Cashier to join our busy Service Department. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, staying organized, and being part of a fast-paced team. The right person will be skilled, confident on the phone, comfortable with computers, and committed to providing an excellent customer experience from the moment a customer arrives until they leave. We are looking for someone who wants to build a career, not simply fill a position.
What You'll Be Doing Welcome and assist Service Department customers in a professional and friendly manner
Process customer payments and service invoices accurately
Answer incoming calls and direct customers to the appropriate department
Assist with service appointment scheduling and customer follow-up
Make outbound calls to customers when required
Help coordinate customer transportation, shuttle needs, and vehicle pick-up
Communicate with Service Advisors, Technicians, Parts, and Management
Maintain accurate customer information and documentation
Assist with daily BDC follow-up and customer communication
Help ensure the Service Drive and cashier area remain organized and professional
Provide customers with clear information regarding their repair order and payment
Identify opportunities to assist customers and bring concerns to the appropriate Service Advisor
Follow dealership processes and help create a smooth customer experience
Filing daily repair orders
We're looking for someone who is: Outgoing, friendly, and professional




Comfortable speaking with customers both in person and on the phone
Organized and able to manage multiple tasks at once
Reliable and punctual
Detail-oriented when handling payments and customer information
Comfortable learning dealership software and computer systems
A team player who is willing to help wherever needed
Confident, positive, and able to stay calm in a busy environment
Customer-service focused
Motivated to learn and grow within the dealership
Automotive Experience: Automotive dealership experience is an asset, but not required.
We are willing to train the right person. If you have experience in customer service, reception, retail, banking, hospitality, administration, or a similar customer-facing position, we'd like to hear from you.
