Lush Handmade Cosmetics is seeking a Floor Leader in Vancouver to support the Store Management Team, coach sales associates, and drive an exceptional customer experience on the shop floor.
You will lead by example, deliver product demonstrations, and work to exceed daily sales goals while advocating Lush values such as cruelty-free, handmade cosmetics and ethical sourcing. This role offers a team-oriented environment and a dynamic retail setting.
