Western Financial Group is seeking an enthusiastic Insurance Advisor to join their national team. You’ll engage with clients over the phone and in-person, manage relationships, and help meet sales targets. This role also includes following up on client accounts to ensure satisfaction and conducting timely renewal calls for existing customers.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide quotes and sell insurance policies to customers
• Assist clients with home and auto insurance purchases
• Manage and build solid customer relationships
• Follow up on outstanding client account activities
• Conduct sales calls for new business and renewals

Requirements:
• General Level 1 Insurance License is an asset
• Proficient in navigating various computer programs
• Excellent communication skills in all formats
• Previous experience achieving sales targets
• Experience with EPIC is a plus
