Key Responsibilities:
• Greet and welcome patients at the clinic
• Manage patient check-in, check-out, and engagement
• Perform pre-testing to assist with eye care
• Coordinate appointments and manage billing
• Deliver exceptional customer service for positive experiences

Requirements:
• Previous retail or customer service experience
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced clinic
