We're seeking compassionate Early Childhood Educators (ECEs) dedicated to fostering children's development. In this role, you will support emotional, cognitive, and physical growth while ensuring a safe environment. Collaborate with professionals and maintain essential documentation to promote positive learning experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
• Implement an Emergent Curriculum tailored to individual needs
• Maintain daily documentation and attendance records
• Support children's emotional and behavioral development
• Collaborate with Speech or Occupational Therapists as needed
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

Requirements:
• Valid Nova Scotia ECE license (Level 2 or 3)
• Transparent Vulnerable Sector Check and Child Abuse Registry
• First Aid and CPR certification (Level B or C)
• Physical ability to lift up to 45 lbs
