Sizanid Staffing, part of Sizanid HR, is seeking an organized and proactive HR Coordinator to join our team in Winnipeg. You will support day-to-day HR operations, facilitate onboarding, assist recruitment efforts, and help maintain HR records within the HRIS system.
Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field and 1–3 years of HR experience, with solid communication and organizational skills. This full-time role offers benefits and a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
