Optima Living is seeking a dedicated Sanitation Technician who will ensure high standards of cleanliness in our kitchen and dining areas. Reporting to the Food Services or Hospitality Manager, you will operate the commercial dishwasher, assist with food preparation, and maintain a hygienic environment, ensuring resident safety and comfort.

Key Responsibilities:
• Operate commercial dishwasher for cleaning dishes and utensils
• Maintain cleanliness of food preparation and dining areas
• Assist with basic food preparation tasks as needed




• Ensure proper storage and handling of food and equipment
• Report unsafe conditions or maintenance issues promptly

Requirements:
• Experience in food services or residential care is advantageous
• Knowledge of food handling and sanitation practices required
• Strong interpersonal communication skills essential
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
