Key Responsibilities:
• Create patient profiles in EPIC
• Schedule appointments for new and returning patients
• Conduct check-ins, verify information, and collect fees
• Manage workflow in patient lists and workqueues
• Assist with referral input and documentation

Requirements:
• Secondary School Graduation Diploma
• Six months of relevant experience
• Familiarity with Epic systems (preferred)
• Bilingual in English and French essential
• Criminal Record Check (Level 1)
