LEGO Group in Edmonton seeks an Assistant Store Manager to lead the LEGO Brand Retail team, uphold brand values, and deliver an outstanding guest experience.
You will motivate the team, recruit, coach, develop, and manage scheduling, payroll, and visual merchandising; solid POS skills, loss prevention, and safety are required.
The role is full-time with a hybrid work policy and a starting salary of $31.30 per hour plus a 7.5% annual bonus if targets are met.
