Allstate Canada Group is seeking a Litigation Specialist for the Bodily Injury Claims team. This fully remote Canada-wide role focuses on investigating and settling litigation files, guiding defense counsel, and applying policy wordings and case law to determine settlements and reserves.
You will review defense reports, participate in mediations, and contribute to regional cost containment strategies while mentoring junior staff.
