JOB INFO The Skilled Labourer/Operator is expected tobe engaged in our safetyprogram, execute work in a secure manner, and follow CANA policies and allapplicable regulations.
The work requires commuting to and from the job site daily
The position requires physically demanding motions and tasks
Candidates are required to be in good physical condition, fit for work and prepared to work on project sites outside in all seasons and weather
Assist project site with: Housekeeping duties and material management
Ability to use power stools an asset
General construction safety knowledge

As an Operator:



Understandand execute the safe loading and unloading of various materials and equipment.
Understandand execute safe rigging practices.
Completeany Daily inspections and routine mtc as required, to be performed inaccordance with CANA Policy and equipment instructions, including fueling theequipment.
AdviseSupervisor of any maintenance concerns or issues.
Operatethe equipment in a safe manner, within the guidelines and limitations of theequipment.
Assistwith the completion of any incident reports, relating to the equipment.
Whenrequired, due to workload, engage in the responsibilities of a Labourer.

YOU WILL To besuccessful in the role:
Ticketedexperience and competent with the operation of relevant project equipmentspecifically Zoomboom/Rough Terrain Forklift and Skidsteer.
Mechanicalcompetency is an asset.
Gaspropane and glycol heat competency an asset.
RiggingExperience is an asset.
Valid Driver’s License or means of transportation toproject sites.
Have a good understanding and/or ability to findinformation as needed in the OH&S; regulations.
