Our client, a service operations organization, is seeking a Bilingual Dispatcher (English/Spanish) to join their team. As a Bilingual Dispatcher (English/Spanish), you will be part of the Dispatch & Field Service Coordination team supporting daily scheduling and customer service. The ideal candidate will have strong organization, fast decision-making under pressure, and clear bilingual communication, which will align successfully in the organization.
Pay Range: $24.00 - $27.00 per hour (Depending Upon Experience)
Shift: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
What's the Job?
Manage and monitor daily schedules for 70+ service appointments, ensuring efficient routing and on-time service delivery.
Adjust schedules as needed due to traffic delays, job duration changes,



technician availability, or urgent customer requests.
Verify payment arrangements before installations and communicate payment-related requirements to technicians.
Assist technicians with payment processing and customer communication when language barriers arise.
Assign jobs to the appropriate field technicians based on skill set and service type, while monitoring routes and mileage to maximize efficiency.
What's Needed?
Fluent in both English and Spanish (spoken and written).
Proven experience in dispatching, field service coordination, scheduling, or another high-volume customer service setting.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and make quick decisions under pressure.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
Comfort enforcing company policies and procedures when required, along with the ability to learn new systems quickly.
