Princess Cruises and Holland America Line seeks an Executive Chef for the Dawson City Inn, overseeing the entire kitchen operation in a seasonal full time capacity. Lead the culinary team, manage labor and food costs, and drive sanitation, safety, and regulatory compliance in a northern venue.
You will train staff, develop menus, ensure consistent plating, and collaborate with F&B; and management to deliver exceptional guest experiences while meeting company standards.
