Key Responsibilities:



• Provide legal support for construction agreements and workflows • Offer advisory on compliance and regulatory matters • Mentor and train junior legal staff • Build relationships with external law firms and advisors • Understand Oxford’s organizational approval processes

Requirements: • 3+ years in-house or law firm experience in construction law • Proficiency in drafting construction agreements and RFPs • Robust interpersonal and communication skills • Practical approach to legal risk management • Intellectually curious and eager to learn
